Terms and Conditions — y99o Platform Rules

1.Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to y99o. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users who access or use the y99o platform, including its website, gaming services, sports betting, VIP programme, and any related features. By registering an account or using any part of y99o, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not register an account or use the platform. Continued use of y99o following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

2.Eligibility

To open and use a y99o account, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. y99o is strictly an adults-only platform and we do not permit anyone under 18 to register or play.
• You must be registering on your own behalf as an individual. Corporate accounts are not permitted.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list you have voluntarily signed up for through y99o's responsible gaming tools.

y99o reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. If a player is found to be under 18, the account will be suspended immediately, all funds held will be reviewed, and any winnings generated during the period of underage use will be forfeited.

3.Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one account on y99o. Opening duplicate accounts, sharing accounts, or registering under another person's identity is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected connected to the same person, device, IP address, payment method, or household, y99o reserves the right to close all associated accounts and withhold any balances pending investigation.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate and complete information. This includes your name, date of birth, contact details, and any additional verification information requested. You are responsible for keeping your account information current. y99o is not liable for problems arising from outdated or inaccurate account details.

• Keep your username and password confidential at all times.
• Do not share your login credentials with anyone else.
• Notify y99o immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials.

y99o may require identity verification at any point — including before processing a withdrawal. This is a standard measure to protect your account and to ensure compliance with the platform's anti-fraud policies.

4.Deposits, Withdrawals & PKR Balances

All transactions on y99o are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no currency conversion fees because PKR is the platform's native currency. Supported payment methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, direct bank transfer, cards, and mobile wallets.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your PKR balance once the transaction has been confirmed by the relevant payment provider. Deposit times vary by method — JazzCash and Easy paisa transactions are typically near-instant. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank's processing time.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received, subject to identity verification. Standard account withdrawals are handled through the normal queue. VIP Gold tier and above benefit from priority processing. Diamond VIP members have same-business-day handling as the target for most requests. y99o does not guarantee specific withdrawal timeframes as processing also depends on third-party payment providers.

Withdrawal Limits: Minimum and maximum PKR withdrawal amounts apply and vary by VIP tier. Higher tiers unlock larger daily and weekly withdrawal limits. Current limits are displayed within your account dashboard.

• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method registered in your own name.
• y99o reserves the right to request supporting documentation before releasing a withdrawal.
• Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Bonus funds and cashback credits may carry conditions before withdrawal — see Section 7 for details.

5.Gaming Rules — Slots & Fish Games

y99o offers a range of online gaming options including slots, slot games, and fish shooting games. All games operate using certified random number generation or equivalent fair-play mechanisms. The outcomes of all games are determined independently of any player action beyond the initiation of a game round.

By playing any game on y99o, you acknowledge and accept the following:

• All games have a built-in house edge. There is no strategy that guarantees a profit over time.
• Game results are final once a round is completed. Technical errors that affect a game outcome will be reviewed individually — see the dispute process below.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through software, bots, scripts, or any other automated method is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances.
• Screenshots or recordings of game results are not accepted as evidence of a fault. All disputes must be raised through the y99o support team with the relevant game round ID.

If a game malfunctions during a round — for example, due to a disconnection or a platform error — y99o will review the session logs to determine the appropriate resolution. In genuine technical fault cases, bets placed during the affected round may be returned as a PKR credit to your balance. Decisions made by y99o on game disputes are final.

6.Sports Betting Rules

The y99o sports betting section covers cricket — including Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, bilateral series, and ICC tournaments — as well as football, esports, and other selected sports. Both pre-match and in-play betting options are available where applicable.

• All bets are placed and settled in PKR. Odds are displayed in the format shown on the platform at the time of placing the bet.
• Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to live feed availability. y99o accepts no liability for bets that could not be placed due to live feed delays or interruptions.
• If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before a result can be determined, bets will be voided and stakes returned to your PKR balance unless otherwise stated in sport-specific rules.
• PSL and other cricket matches that are shortened due to weather or other external factors will be settled according to the official result recognised by the governing body. If no official result is declared, bets will be voided.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. Limits may vary by sport, match type, and your account tier.

y99o reserves the right to void, suspend, or limit any bet that is placed based on erroneous odds, technical error, or where there is reasonable suspicion of match-fixing, insider information, or co-ordinated betting activity. Decisions on bet disputes are at y99o's sole discretion and are final.

7.VIP Programme & Bonuses

The y99o VIP programme consists of five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Progression through tiers is automatic and based on your cumulative activity on the platform. There is no manual application required — you are placed into the appropriate tier based on your play history.

The primary benefit at every VIP tier is periodic PKR cashback on net losses, credited directly to your main balance. The cashback percentage and credit frequency increase with each tier. Full details of cashback rates and tier thresholds are available on the VIP page.

• Cashback credited under the VIP programme is added to your real-money PKR balance with no wagering requirement attached, unless a specific promotional offer states otherwise.
• VIP tier status is reviewed periodically. If your activity falls below the threshold for your current tier, your tier may be adjusted downward at the next review cycle.
• Welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, or other promotional offers may carry wagering requirements. These requirements, along with any time limits and game restrictions, will be stated clearly in the relevant promotion's terms at the time the offer is made.
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money PKR balance and must be used before real-money funds, unless stated otherwise in a specific offer.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing offsetting bets to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, or exploiting a technical error in a promotion — will result in the bonus being voided and may lead to account suspension.

8.Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on y99o and will result in account suspension, balance forfeiture, and may be reported to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Registering more than one account, sharing accounts, or using another person's identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any tool to place bets or interact with games outside of normal manual play.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, technical errors, or game malfunctions for financial gain.
• Engaging in fraudulent chargebacks on deposits or disputing legitimate transactions with your payment provider.
• Using funds in your y99o account that originate from unlawful or fraudulent activity.
• Colluding with other players in multiplayer games or betting markets to gain an unfair advantage.
• Placing bets based on insider information, fixed matches, or any form of match manipulation.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing y99o support staff or other players through any communication channel.

y99o actively monitors for suspicious activity. Where prohibited conduct is detected, accounts will be suspended pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach of these Terms, the account will be closed, all balances may be forfeited, and the matter may be escalated as appropriate.

9.Account Suspension & Closure

y99o may suspend or close your account at any time if there is reasonable cause to do so. Reasons for suspension or closure include, but are not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, failure to complete identity verification, prolonged inactivity, or a voluntary self-exclusion request from the account holder.

You may request to close your own account at any time by contacting the y99o support team. Upon closure, any verified real-money PKR balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds) will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to identity verification completion.

If your account is closed as a result of a terms breach or fraud investigation, y99o reserves the right to withhold all or part of your balance pending investigation. Where funds are forfeited due to confirmed prohibited conduct, y99o will not be obligated to return those funds.

10.Intellectual Property

All content on the y99o platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, and software — is the intellectual property of y99o or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any y99o content without prior written permission.
• You may not use the y99o brand, logo, or any platform content for commercial purposes.
• Screen recording or streaming of y99o gameplay may be subject to additional restrictions depending on the specific games involved.

11.Privacy & Data

y99o collects and processes personal data as part of account registration, payment processing, and platform operation. The types of data collected, how it is used, how it is stored, and your rights regarding your personal data are set out in full in the Privacy Policy.

By registering a y99o account, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms and Conditions and should be read alongside this document.

y99o does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data shared with third-party payment processors — such as JazzCash, Easypaisa, or Raast — is limited to what is necessary to complete your transaction.

12.Responsible Gaming

y99o is an entertainment platform. Gaming and sports betting should be approached as a leisure activity — not as a source of income or a way to recover money that has been lost. We actively encourage all players to manage their gaming in a healthy and self-aware way.

• Set a PKR budget for each session before you start playing and stick to it.

13.Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted, y99o and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform. This includes, without limitation:

• Losses resulting from platform downtime, technical faults, or interruptions to service.
• Losses resulting from delays in payment processing by third-party providers such as JazzCash or Easypaisa.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you failed to keep your credentials secure.
• Any indirect financial losses claimed to result from gaming outcomes.

y99o makes reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen technical issues may result in temporary downtime. y99o will not compensate players for losses that occur as a direct result of platform unavailability, except where the platform has explicitly committed to doing so under a specific promotional term.

14.Amendments to These Terms

y99o reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For significant changes, we may also notify players via the contact details held on their account.

It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates. Continued use of y99o after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any change, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
